ENTRY QUALIFICATION: ENVISAGE
membership is open to all photographers who are based in UK
, Eire or the Channel Islands .

PARTICIPATION: WPS Media reserves the right
to refuse or review participation in the Envisage programme
without stated reason or correspondence entered into.

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD: Membership is for one
calendar year (1 Jan to 31 December). Anyone joing the programme
mid-year will be billed at the pro-rata monthly rate for the
ourstanding membership year. You will be invited to renew
your membership one month before the end of the calendar year.
By entering into the agreement, you agree to 1 year's membership.
No refunds will be given.

PAYMENT: All subscriptions must be paid
in advance and for the full amount to the end of the subscription
year. Failure to meet any payment will result in suspension
from the ENVISAGE programme.

PRIVACY: WPS Media will store your name
and business details on a database to be made available to
potential customers upon request. Your name, address, and
business details will not be made available to companies outside
of the ENVISAGE Group, Fujifilm or WPS Media,
however we may retain your name and address on our private
internal database which we may use to send you details of
other Fujifilm and WPS Media products and services. Should
you wish to have your details removed from our databases,
please advise us in writing to WPS Media, marking your communication
'Envisage Database'. Should you prefer not to receive other
communications from Fujifilm or WPS Media please let us know.

UPDATES: WPS Media reserves the right to
change, adapt, update and cancel elements of the ENVISAGE
programme at its discretion and accepts no liability or responsibility
for such alterations.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL: You have 14 days in
which to cancel your registration from date of signature.
Following this date, no refunds will be given.

DESCRIPTION: The description of the elements
of the ENVISAGE programme featured in any
publication or website is meant to provide an overall impression
and should not be regarded as a contract and/or an invitation
to treat.

COMPLAINTS: We will make every effort to
address issues/complaints within 7 days.

EVENTS: Please note that ENVISAGE
may host events. These events are not included in the annual
subscription charge. Attendance at any event is purely at
the member's discretion.
- RIGHTS: Your statutory rights are not affected.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains
the entire Agreement between the Parties and supersedes all
prior arrangements and understandings whether written or oral
with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be varied
except in writing signed by both the Parties hereto.
