Terms and Conditions

1. The Awards run from 1st January to 31st December, annually.

2. Photographs can be captured on either Fujifilm Professional film or digital media.

3. The number of entries is unlimited.

4. All entries will be received online via the member’s section of the Fujifilm Envisage website.

5. There is one open category for submissions.

6. Merits will be awarded on a monthly basis. All Merit winners will receive a certificate. Monthly deadlines are the last day of each month.

7. The monthly Merit winners will be asked to submit a print. These prints must be submitted on Fujifilm photographic paper (with the exception of B/W paper), without a mount or folder. The maximum size for prints is 10 x 8 inches.

8. A panel will judge the competition.

9. Please note that entries not presented as stated in the rules will not be accepted for judging.

10. One overall Award will be made at the end of each year. The subject of the winning image will receive a cheque for £1,000. The photographer who took the winning image will be presented with a trophy and a certificate.

11. Entries are limited to Envisage members.

12. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post or elsewhere.

13. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.

14. Fujifilm reserves the right to reproduce any of the Merit or final Consumer Award winning photographs for advertising and publicity purposes connected with the competition without payment. Copyright remains the property of the photographer at all times.

15. Prizes are not transferable

No copyright is transferred to Fuji Photo Film (UK) Ltd in respect of any work entered or accepted. Each entrant shall be deemed to warrant that they own the entire copyright in the work or that they have permission from the licensee and/or copyright owner/s for the uses and that all necessary model releases and clearances have been obtained . The entrant undertakes to indemnify Fuji Photo Film (UK) Ltd in respect of any breach of the same.
