Photography is far more than just pressing the shutter release button on the camera – it’s about seeing and creating images that whilst being today’s pictures will become tomorrow’s memories. Some photographers are particularly adept at seeing, creating and even “predicting” little moments as they happen throughout the day. Sharon Malone is one such person.
This skill comes from years of “people watching” and is especially valuable in her wedding photography – where precious moments in time are captured forever. Sharons’ pictures speak for themselves and frequently tell a story sometimes unseen by others until the day of the viewing.
Within her portraiture Sharon excels at capturing expression – whether it is between her subjects or of a single subject. Her mother and baby photography is particularly moving and clearly shows the bond between mum and her new baby.
Sharon has won many awards for her photography but is always in pursuit of “the perfect picture” and never happy to rest on her laurels.
